Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the Hivenue platform, provided by Hivenue LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to represent it. Any specific agreement and the terms shown and accepted with an order govern the offer purchased.

Hivenue is a multi-tenant SaaS platform of application modules (task manager, email helpdesk, Shopify integrations, etc.). The user agrees to use the service in compliance with applicable law, third-party rights, and these terms. The following are prohibited: (a) attempting to access other users’ workspaces; (b) reverse engineering the service; (c) using the service to send spam, phishing or unlawful content; (d) impairing or overloading the infrastructure.

To use the service the user must create an account by providing a valid email address. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. The user must promptly notify Hivenue of any suspected unauthorised access. Hivenue reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Email content, attachments, tasks, Shopify matches and in general all data entered or synced into the workspace are and remain the property of the workspace and its members. Hivenue acquires only a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence — strictly for the purpose of providing the service — to store, process and display such content. Hivenue claims no ownership over user content and does not use it to train AI/ML models.

Hivenue offers workspace subscriptions and optional AI-usage credit packages. Prices, currency, billing interval, taxes, trial duration and any card requirement are specified in the offer and checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew according to those terms until cancelled. You can manage renewal through the available billing controls or contact support@hivenue.co for help.

Cancelling renewal does not itself close the account or delete data. For billing corrections or refund requests, contact support@hivenue.co; the applicable order terms and mandatory legal rights govern the request. AI credits are usage allowances for platform features. Adjusting an AI credit balance after a failed action is separate from a monetary refund.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — the absence of interruptions, errors or defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hivenue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenues or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, Hivenue’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Hivenue reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue — at any time and with or without notice — any feature of the service. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email to active accounts at least 30 days in advance. Use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may request account closure by contacting us. Hivenue may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, unlawful activity or non-payment. Cancelling a subscription, disconnecting services and requesting data deletion are separate actions. Processing and retention after termination are described in the privacy policy and applicable agreements.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or connected to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer’s court of residence where applicable.
